The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the death of a staff in Anambra State, Mr. Durocha Osita Joel, that was abducted by unknown Gunmen on Wednesday 28th September 2022, and was found dead the next day, 29th September 2022 along Isu-Aniocha- Urum road.
