The National Assembly division of the Court of Appeal, sitting in Lagos has, on Saturday November 4 2023, nullified the declaration by INEC of Hon. Jonas Okeke (PDP) as winner of Okigwe South Federal Constituency seat, in the February 25 2023 election and upheld the ruling of the Tribunal, sitting in Nasarawa on 11th of September 2023, which declared Hon. Chike Okafor as the rightful winner of the election.
