Just In: Canice Amechi emerge President, Kenneth Njoku, secretary, As Umuezie Community hold Election
Umuezie Autonomous Community had her Town Union Election today 21st at Umuezie Aladimna ground. There was joy in the community as Comrade Canice Amechi emerged as the President of the Town Union with 159 votes . Kenneth Njoku as secretary. Imo state Government was represented, Aboh Mbaise LGA Chairman Represented, Councilor Ahiato Ward was present, Chairman APC Ahiato Ward present, Team of Nigerian Police, DSS, NTA all where present, Team of Journalists.
Special thanks to Evangelist Bethran Uzodima, Hon. Franklin Ogu, Engr IG Ohaeri Smart Ndubuisi Chilaka and the host of others on ground that made it a huge success.
High Chief Enyioha Chris Anyanwu the President of Umuezie Welfare group and his members did everything to make sure it was a credible election. The representative of the LGA Chairman and the ward Councillor thank the people for the maturity they exhibited.
