Senator Kalu Greets Ohafia Community Leader, Engr. Eke Ukwa, on 81st Birthday
The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated Engr. Eke Ukwa, a community leader from Amaekpu Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, on the occasion of his 81st birthday.
Kalu joined the family, friends, associates and people of Amaekpu Ohafia in celebrating Ukwa on the milestone, describing the occasion as one worthy of thanksgiving.
In a statement on Sunday, the former Governor of Abia State noted that attaining the age of 81 was a significant milestone and an opportunity for the celebrant and his family to give thanks to God for the gift of life.
He acknowledged Ukwa’s place as an elder and community leader in Amaekpu Ohafia, noting that the knowledge and experience of senior citizens remain important to the preservation of community values and the promotion of peaceful coexistence.
Kalu said the occasion should also be an opportunity to appreciate the celebrant’s journey through life and his contributions to his immediate community over the years.
He said: “I warmly congratulate Engr. Eke Ukwa on the occasion of his 81st birthday.
“Today, I join his family, friends, associates and the people of Amaekpu Ohafia in celebrating this important milestone and thanking God for His grace upon his life.
