Gov. Hope Uzodimma Gathers Momentum As Support Soars with Decampees From PDP

The Names Of PDP Stalwarts That Have Dumped The PDP Since Sen Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu Samdaddy’s Governorship Misadventure Began

1. Sir Ambrose Ejiogu, a onetime Chairman of Imo PDP Elders Council. A refined elder statesman, successful business man, and political colossus has left PDP.

2. Chief Osita Nwaneri, an influential member of the party’s Elders Council, also left PDP.

3. Barr. Peter Mgbenwelu. A respected nationalist, elder statesman and legal deity is a onetime Secretary of the PDP Elders Council. He is one of the Advisers to Senator Samuel Anyanwu. He has since left PDP.

4. Barr. Eze Duruiheoma, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) has functioned as State Chairman of PDP and onetime Chairman of Nigeria population commission, also left the PDP.

5. Rt. Hon. Bede Eke, immediate past member for Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency, has left PDP to join APC.

6. Rt. Hon. Ikenna Elezieanya, the immediate past member for Owerri Federal Constituency has left PDP to join APC.

7. Rt. Hon. Jerry Alagbaoso, the immediate past House of Representatives member for Orlu/Orsu/Oru-East Federal Constituency has left PDP to join APC.

8. Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba, the immediate past House of Representatives member for Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency has left PDP to join APC.

9. PDP House of Assembly Candidate for Nwangele, Hon. Johnbosco Nkpadobi has dumped Samdaddy and the PDP to join Gov. Hope Uzodimma and the APC.

10. Hon. (Nze) Ray Emeaña, former member of the Imo State House of Assembly and State Secretary of the Party, also left the party and joined APC.

11. Sir Martins Ejiogu, former Deputy Chairman of the Party, has left PDP to join APC in support of his longstanding ally, Gov. Hope Uzodinma.

12. Collins Opurozor, State Publicity Secretary of the Party has left PDP and now canvassing supporters for Gov. Hope Uzodimma and the APC.

13. Barr Josiah Eze, former State Treasurer of the PDP has joined APC and declared support for Gov. Hope Uzodimma.

14. Greg Nwadike, former State Youth Leader of the Party, has left PDP and openly declared support for Gov. Hope Uzodinma’s re-election bid by announcing that he’s back to his political roots, as a long standing member of Camp Hope.

15. Chief Mrs Maria Mbakwe, former State Woman Leader, has left PDP.

16. Frank Onwumere, former Executive Chairman of Okigwe LGA has left PDP to support Gov. Hope Uzodinma’s re-election bid.

17. Chief Unamma Olemgbe has left PDP to join hands with Progressives to deliver Gov. Hope Uzodinma and the APC.

18. Barr. Callistus Ihejiagwa also left PDP.

19. Engr. Chime Nzeribe also left PDP.

20. Dr. Mrs. Kema Chikwe is a political colossus, a onetime National Woman Leader of PDP, Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and ex Ambassador recently resigned from partisan politics to be able to play advisory role to issues that can develop Imo state. Amb Kema Chikwe has also endorsed Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
