Amazing Moments As OZB’s Son Graduates Secondary School….Daughter bags essay competition award
A Party of friends and family members of Rt. Hon. Ozurigbo Ugonna joined the legislator and his wife in PortHarcourt earlier today to witness the Valedictory Session for his second son, Master Chigozie who just graduated from secondary school.
The graduand received encomiums from staff and peers for his energetic and proactive nature which the school proprietor noted made him amongst the most exciting students in his school with a potential to do great things.
In his valedictory speech, the teenager, offered thanks to his parents for providing him with the resources and privilege of having a quality education which he stated has helped shaped him.
The proud parents could not contain their joy as their son walked up the podium to make his valedictory speech.
Meanwhile, the second daughter of Hon. Ozurigbo was also the cynosure of all eyes as she took the stage to pick a bronze award for her efforts in The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2022 organised by the Royal Commonwealth Society and Lagos State government.
She dedicated the award to her parents who encouraged her to join the competition as well as her tutors who prepped and coached her through out the journey.
The event climaxed with performances from the school’s band and drama presentations which got the crowd excited while they gave a rousing ovation to the graduates.
