Abuja: Sen. Uzodimma Named Governor Of The Year 2025 At Leadership Conference

Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has been honoured with the Governor of the Year 2025 award at the 18th Annual Conference and Awards organised by LEADERSHIP Newspaper, held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

The award recognises Governor Uzodimma’s efforts in strengthening governance, rebuilding public confidence, and delivering visible development across the state. Key achievements highlighted include road reconstruction, urban renewal, youth digital skills development, and improved security through intelligence-driven reforms.

They noted that his administration’s focus on institutional stability and measurable progress has contributed to renewed economic activity and greater public trust.
