In the spirit of Eid Mubarak, the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma preached love, tolerance and brotherliness as he hosted the Muslim community in Imo State at the Government House Banquet Hall, Owerri.

The Governor stressed the need to maintain peaceful co-existence and respect to the rights of others irrespective of diverse religion or tribe. He further stated that the insecurity challenges can be better managed with everyone tolerating each other’s inadequacies with the knowledge that we serve one God.

He seized the opportunity to call on all eligible voters to be part of the electoral process and exercise their electoral rights as democracy has come to stay in Nigeria.
