Moscow Attack: 11 arrested, death toll hits 115, names, pictures of ISIS suspects released

Russian security agents have reportedly arrested suspects in connection with the Crocus concert hall Moscow attack.

Also, Moscow released pictures and names of four suspects, just as the death toll from the attack rose to 115 people. This included three children, and 115 people remained in hospital.

Meanwhile, the condition of 44 survivors is described as ‘serious’. That of 16 other victims, including one child, is ‘extremely serious’.

Recall that the Islamic State, ISIS, group claimed responsibility for the attack. The Moscow attack was the deadliest in Russia in years.

It left the 6,000-capacity concert hall in Krasnogorsk, outside Moscow, in flames with a collapsing roof.

Earlier, 11 people have been detained following the horrific massacre, the head of Russia’s Federal Security Service told President Vladimir Putin on Saturday, according to Russian state news agency Tass.

It comes after a white Renault with Tver region license plates with the alleged terrorists was stopped near the village of Teply. This is close to the borders with Belarus and Ukraine, according to Baza media.

According to preliminary data, there were six people in the car. And two were detained while four more escaped.

Baza showed images of four suspects, all from ex-Soviet republic Tajikistan, which borders Afghanistan.

They were Makhmadrasul Nasridinov, 37; Rivozhidin Ismonov, 51; Shohinjonn Safolzoda, 21, and Rustam Nazarov, 29.

However, it is unclear which of these four have been detained.

A similar attack in Moscow occurred in 2002. 40 Chechen militants took more than 900 people hostage during a musical called NordOst.

Also, about 130 hostages died in that siege. DailyMail
