I Will Not Compromise On Performance – Gov Uzodimma Tells Commissioners, Others
Governor Uzodimma has asserted an uncompromising stance on performance excellence. He stressed this today during the flag-off of the 2-Day Imo State Government Appointees Retreat at Imo State Data management Center, Owerri.
The Governor charged his newly appointed executive members to maintain high standards, ensure efficiency, and deliver results, with zero tolerance for corruption.
The Retreat tagged “BUILDING OF EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND SYNERGY FOR DELIVERING THE GOVERNOR HOPE UZODIMMA DEVELOPMENT AGENDA,” was described by the Governor as very critical and intended for formal assumption of office as members of his Executive Council.
In addition, the Governor stated that his administration will prioritize an E-Government approach to bolster the digital economy, transparency, and ease of Governance.
He reiterated that his administration have entered a social contract in service to Ndi Imo and executive members must work to meet the yearnings of the people.
The Deputy Governor, Lady Mrs Chinyere Ekomaru, Speaker Imo House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Chike Olemgbe, and all Executive Members of the State Government were all in attendance.
