Ugorji, accompanied by members of the university’s technical committee, submitted the formal Letter of Intent to the NUC Secretary in Abuja. Since then, the Archdiocese has invested immense effort, resources, and sacrifice to meet all regulatory requirements. This included several verification visits by NUC officials to assess the proposed campuses, facilities, and administrative structures, ensuring compliance with national standards.
