Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, PhD, Chairman House Committee on Nutrition and Food Security, has extended felicitations to the Nigerian Labour force, on the occasion of the International Worker’s Day.
In a message he personally signed, he wrote:
” I, Hon Deacon Chike Okafor, Ph.D, member representing the good people of Ehime Mbano, Ihitte Uboma and Obowo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, joyfully rejoices with the Nigerian workers as the world commemorates this year’s Workers’ Day Celebration.”
Further more, he stated”I am particularly happy with the modest contribution of workers in advancing the unity, prosperity and overall development of our beloved country.”
On behalf of the good people of Ehime Mbano, Ihitte Uboma and Obowo Federal Constituency, I wish the Nigerian workers a happy Workers’ Day Celebration.
Again, he said “As a member of the House of Representatives, I will continue to initiate legislations that will improve the living standard of workers, which will enhance their productivity in service.”
