Owerri Club To Induct Nekede Poly Rector, Dr. Basilia Igbokwe
Owerri Club was agog last night as the indefatigable Chairman, Chief Charles Okeke, Odiuko, played host to the current rector of Federal Poly Nekede, Dr Mrs Basilia Igbokwe, on a glamorous evening conviviality powered by Chief Stanley Eze (Ortex Petroleum) at Club conviviality’s pavilion.
Highlights of the event:
Presentation of Owerri Club membership form paid for by Trustee NBE Nwigwe in honour of the visiting rector,
Picking up of forms by guests sponsored by Chief Stanley Chibuzor Eze and Mr. Awurum Innocent Chibuzor
Presentation of money prize to Mr Awurum Chibuzor Innocent, the Tall Man, who best answered the question “why do you love Owerri Club” by the Vice – Chairman, Engr Victor Onyewuchi.
And a most welcomed personality introduction (name and what you do) initiated by Owerri Club Chairman, the Odiuko, for proper engagement and benefits from members.
The climax of the evening was the promise dropped by the sponsor of the evening conviviality, Chief Eze Stanley Chibuzor to procure for the Club a big screen smart television befitting for the improved Club Hall of Owerri Club.
