The standard shoes company limited has been handed back to Imo State by the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria which had confistiaicated its asset following debt owed by the previous administration in the state.
This followed the complete payment of all debt owed by the State on behalf of the company.

In a brief ceremony in Abuja, the nation’s capital the Executive Director of AMCON Dr. Eberechukwu Uneze handed over all the assets belonging to the company, including the C of O, to the Governor of Imo State His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.
