On Thursday, the Minister of State for Education, Rt Hon Goodluck Nanah Opiah, inaugurated the Governing Councils of the Four Federal Universities of Agriculture in Nigeria and he charged them to work in harmony with the management of the instutitions for enabling peace and unity of purpose in the campuses, in line with the wishes of the federal government.
Rt. Hon. Opiah said that such will enhance academic and necessary growth for the good of the university system and the country at large.
The Universities include: Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Federal University of Agriculture, Markurdi, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and Federal University of Agriculture, Zuru.
