The widely celebrated and cerebral Senatorial candidate of the APC for Orlu zone, Sen. Osita Izunaso has again promised the people of Oru west and Oguta people of an all inclusive representation at the senate after his victory in the forthcoming general election. This is to affirm his commitment towards carry along every LGA under Orlu zone in terms of development and other social amenities.
Sen. Osita Izunaso who amongst many others received Gov. Hope Uzodimma to the area harped on the need for Orlu zone to vote for competency, capacity, accountability as well as recognize the fact that ranking matters alot in the business of lawmaking and as one who meets with these requirements will definitely change narratives in the zone. Osita Izunaso during his legislative sojourn at both House of Representatives and Senate pushed for bills that will be beneficial to his people and amongst them is the conspicuous law that prohibits oil companies operating in the country from flaring gas after December 2010. The law was passed to halt environmental hazards posed by gas flaring, decreasing health hazards and minimizing economic wastage, Emergency Treatment Bill, and the establishment of the Assah Gas Plant which all in one way or the has been of enormous benefit to his people.
For over 14years, Sen. Izunaso has not hiden his love for the well being of persons with disability in the society under his pet project called Kpakpando Foundation and Its mission and vision remain to provide qualitative education, skills acquisition, healthcare and advocacy to the persons with disability spread across Nigeria as a nation, as well as passionately believes in the ingenuity of persons living with disability, working with them to acquire educational skills and resources necessary to build self-sufficient purposeful lives, thereby unleashing their potentials for the good of their own nation through sustainability goals by 2026. As the next Senator of Orlu zone, there is no doubt that he will continue to push for the emancipation and self development of not just persons living with disabilities but will incorporate the indigent ones so as to empower them for a better future.
Sen. Izunaso is a man who is willing and never gets tired of learning will definitely use every knowledge and connection at his disposal to promote qualitative education and empower the people of his zone for great exploit and further make the zone as well as every local government in Orlu zone to experience the positive impacts of a working representation that is devoid of self-seeking and serving ambition of desperate politicians.
