Chike Okafor, Imo State Caucus of House of Reps Condole Iwuanyanwu Family
The member Representing Ehime Mbano, Ihitte-Uboma, Obowo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, PhD, joined other House of Reps members, of Imo extraction on a condolence visit to the Iwuanyanwu family.
The legislators, who were led, on this visit, by the member Representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, where Chief Iwuanyanwu hails from.
Chief, Engr. Emmanuel C. Iwuanyanwu, was President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, until his demise, penultimate week.
In his tribute, which was released to pressed men, last week, Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor noted that Ahaejiagamba Ndigbo was a strong influence on and for him, right from his student days at the Imo State University, Owerri, and his days as a banker, where his clientele helped him excel, as a marketer, especially as an account officer to Chief Iwuanyanwu’s famous Hardel and Enic Construction company.
The Imo Caucus, which comprised Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi, Hon. Miriam Odinaka Onuoha with Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, were received by his wife of the late sage, Lady Frances Iwuanyanwu, his first daughter, Nwadiuto and his two sons, Jidechukwu and Chinedu.
