Chief Austin Onyedebelu, State Chairman APC Imo, wrote:

It was a pleasure to be part of the celebration marking the birthday of the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Dr. Mrs. Basilia Igbokwe. I attended the ceremony alongside my dear wife, Pharm. Mrs. Ndidi Onyedebelu, members of the APC Imo State Working Committee, and my Chief of Staff, Chief Amadi Alonzo.

I also conveyed the warm greetings and Thanksgiving of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, as well as those of the Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Empowerment, Hon. Ifeanyi Oruh, to the celebrant.

I firmly believe that societies advance when we recognise and encourage those who dedicate themselves to building people and institutions. Dr. Mrs. Igbokwe represents this spirit of purposeful leadership, distinguished service and commitment to the advancement of education.

Her stewardship at the Federal Polytechnic Nekede reflects the importance of visionary leadership in developing human capital, empowering young people and strengthening institutions for the benefit of present and future generations. I commend her courage, dedication and contributions to the growth of the institution and the wider educational community.

On behalf of my family and the entire APC family in Imo State, I celebrate this distinguished woman of leadership and service and pray that God grants her renewed strength, wisdom, sound health and many more years of impactful service.
Happy Birthday, Dr. Mrs. Basilia Igbokwe. May your new year bring greater accomplishments and fulfilment in your service to humanity.
Chief Austin Onyedebelu
State Chairman APC Imo.
