The Federal Polytechnic Nekede Holds Ethical Sensitisation Seminar on Capacity Building for Students

…As Engr. Arimanwa Urges Students To Be Focused

The Federal Polytechnic Nekede, on Friday, 13th August, 2021, held a One day Ethical Sensitization Seminar on Capacity Building for students of the institution.

With the theme: Determined to Make a Generational Difference, the event, which took place at the 1000 Capacity Auditorium of the Institution, attracted large number of students, both old and new.

The Rector, Engr. Dr. Michael Chidiebere Arimanwa (FNSE), was on hand to declare the ceremony open and like the Motivator Number 1 of the institution that he is, encouraged the students to be focused, pay quality attention to their academic pursuit and graduate with flying colours, in other to make their parents and the nation proud.

He concluded by using himself as example. He recounted to the students how he sat like them sometime in this school and listened to other people who talked to them during his ND and HND programmes in the institution and the result is where God have placed him.

Others who delivered lectures during the seminar include, Dr. Chucks Osuji, Pastor Onyema Unaka and the Registrar of the institution, Mrs E. C. Anuna. Many of the students left the venue of the event determine to make a difference.
