From his early days at CKC Obohia Nursery School, through Central School Umuedo, and later at Mater Ecclesiae Seminary Nguru Mbaise from 2001 to 2007, he demonstrated the values of integrity and diligence that have come to define his character.

His academic pursuit took him beyond the shores of Nigeria to the United Kingdom, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Hons in Business Information Systems from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff from 2009 to 2012. Not resting on his laurels, he further acquired a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management from London Guildhall College in February 2013. His participation in the NYSC scheme from March 2013 to March 2014 further exposed him to the realities of nation building and grassroots engagement.

A firm believer in continuous learning and global standards, Justin has successfully completed professional certifications including General Health Safety and Environment HSE, NEBOSH, and certifications from ICM UK in Business Management and Development as well as International Business Communication.

Beyond certificates and titles, Sir Okoroama is a man of enterprise and impact. As the owner of Amamol Empire Ltd, an export company with operations spanning Rivers and Bayelsa States, he has contributed to economic activities that empower local producers and connect them to wider markets. Through Jusek Farms Ltd in Afara Etche, he has demonstrated a practical commitment to agriculture, job creation, and food security values that are deeply relevant to the future of Ahiazu Mbaise.

A devoted family man, married with three children, and a proud 4th Degree Knight of St John International, Justin embodies responsibility, faith, and service qualities that anchor his vision for public office.
