
APC Primary: Senator Orji Uzor Kalu Thanks Abia North Supporters After Landslide Victory
Senator Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has expressed deep appreciation to party faithful, delegates, stakeholders, and the people of Abia North following his overwhelming victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary election.
Kalu, who emerged victorious against challenger Philip Nto, recorded commanding results across the five local government areas of Ohafia, Arochukwu, Bende, Isikwuato, and Umunneochi, securing massive support from delegates throughout the district.
Reacting to the outcome of the primary election, the former Abia State governor described the victory as a reflection of the trust and confidence the people have continued to place in his leadership and representation.
“I sincerely thank the delegates, party leaders, supporters, and the good people of Abia North for standing with me and believing in our shared vision. This victory belongs to all of us,” Kalu said.
He added that the overwhelming support received across the district would further strengthen his resolve to continue delivering quality representation and democratic dividends to the people.
