Hon. Blyden Amajirionwu (Okenze) Empowerment Programme For Ngor- Okpala People
On Saturday, 20th November 2021, in Ntu, Hon. Blyden Amajirionwu empowered Youths and market women in Ngor -Okpala, Imo State.
The former SA on Market and Allied Matters to the Governor of Imo State, Sen. Hope Uzodinma, sequel to his desire to be a catalyst for human capital development in his area, and see to the amelioration of poverty, empowered women and youth with seed money for small businesses.
Present at the empowerment programme were the traditional ruler of Ntu, His Royal Highness Eze Sir Christopher Anaele , immediate past member representing Ngor-Okpala State constituency in Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Hon. Obinna Egu , S.A to the Governor on Youth Affairs, Hon. Eric Uwakwe , former SA Women Mobilizations, Chief Mrs. Josephine Nnoham, former SSA on Community Relations, Owerri Zone, Hon. Ibekwe Chika and the former SA Urban Water Supply, Hon. Chief Hon Olivtan Tanana Biaduo .
Others were clergy men, including Rev. Fr. Alphonso Ibe , community leaders, youth structure leaders and women leaders.
Hon. Amajirionwu who is an Okenze in Ntu community with the title of Mmiri oma promised to continue in his philanthropic efforts to his people and urged the beneficiaries to put the seed money to use, so that the multiplier effect will result in many more mouths to feed and many more indirect empowerment, so as to rid the society of crime and bring more development to the State.
