Ace skit maker and comedian, Mr. Funny also known as “Sabinus” has sued the makers of Gala sausage rolls to the tune of N100m for using his picture in their advert, without his consent.
Sabinus has also sued the makers of Peak milk for using his popular slogan “Something Hooge”, though many have argued he may not prove the case against Peak milk, unless he has patented the slogan.
