An order obtained, today, from a High court sitting in Kano as been described as untimely and impossible to enforce by a source at the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The source which spoke anonymously said that APC cannot rely on that risky order of first instance to go ahead with statutory delegates because PDP will be watching and praying it happens, so they can latch onto it and head to court.
According to the source, We (APC) do not also have the luxury of readjusting our delegates list and wait for another 7 days before any primaries since INEC requires 7 days notice for the list
